The Role - Field Service Engineer, Medical Surgical AV Systems
Following expansion, they seek to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Field Service Engineer, responsible for:
The service and breakdown repair on a wide range of sophisticated medical systems, utilised within theatres, NHS departments and private healthcare environments
Visiting customer sites and providing customers with valuable solutions for troubleshooting
Liaising with a whole host of external customer contacts, including clinicians from within the NHS and a range of private independent healthcare organisations and laboratories
Your Background - Field Service Engineer, Medical Surgical AV Systems
To be considered for this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:
Strong background working in a field service or technical support role, gained within a high value electronic capital equipment environment
Qualified to a minimum ONC or HNC level or above in electronics or another relevant technical discipline
Impeccable customer service skills, an interest in IT and the ability to remain confident in customer facing environments
Applications are encouraged from field service engineers from a wide range of electronic sectors, including AV / audio-visual, medical device, biomedical engineering, laboratory device, surgical systems, print press, semi-conductor, ex Forces (Radar / Avionics / Weapons Systems, RAF, Royal Navy and REME and Biomedical Engineers), audio-visual systems, industrial / commercial imaging or other areas of electronic manufacturing
