We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Studies Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and committed to delivering high-quality teaching that inspires students to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Business Studies to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students.
Develop and adapt curricula to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring all students are supported to achieve their best.
Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain high expectations of student behaviour and work, in line with the school's policies and ethos.
Participate in departmental meetings, CPD (Continuing Professional Development) opportunities, and contribute to extra-curricular activities as required.
Foster an inclusive learning environment that respects and promotes the diverse backgrounds of all students.
Engage parents and carers in students' academic progress and welfare.
Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in Business Studies or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching Business Studies at secondary school level (KS4 and KS5).
Strong understanding of the current curriculum and exam specifications.
Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Desirable:

Experience in teaching Economics or other related subjects.
A track record of achieving excellent student outcomes.
