Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge within the Construction Industry? Fawkes & Reece are partnered with a leading principal contractor in London who have been established since 2000. This main contractor operate across the commercial, education, fire stopping & cladding, health care, heritage and residential sector.

This particular project is a planned refurbishment works and particularly retrofit and de- carbonisation works. Making changes to existing residential dwellings in order to reduce energy consumption and emissions.

Requirements & Responsibilities for the Site Manager

Number one on site to a visiting Contracts manager for a £6million Retrofit and Decarbonisation scheme
Prior experience with Retrofit and De-carbonisation works is essential
Managing Health & Safety and Quality Assurance on Site
Leading a team of subcontractors and managing Site staff such as an Assistant Site Manager
Ideally Degree educated but not essential
Motivated and driven individual who can keep the project running to programme and within budget. What we offer the Site Manager
