The company deliver drylining, rendering, load bearing and infill SFS Systems and metal pan/grid ceiling services. The company has built itself off relationships and delivering on time, on budget for satisfied clients. The company are growing, have a strong and stable leadership team who will afford you the chance to develop. With a busy order booked stacked out, this business are looking to add to the head count to manage the upcoming load.

The Role:

An intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required to join the Commercial team to assist with current and future projects. You will ideally be degree qualified with a couple of years experience but someone on day release in the last year may also be considered. You will be working predominantly on drylining and SFS packages, with values ranging from £25,000 through to £2,000,000. You would need to understand the full commercial cycle and ideally managed packages for a sub-contractor, with the preference being drylining or SFS.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

* Vast experience working as an Assistant Quantity Survey ideally for a sub-contractor

* Further related education such as a completed commercial degree or on the way to completion.

* Working knowledge of drylining and SFS systems.

It is desirable to have:

* Worked for a sub-contractor who deliver similar packages.
