Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for education and supporting young people? We're seeking a Senior School Administrator to join this fantastic team in the Thetford area of Norwich, Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth operation of two specialist schools for children with communication and learning disabilities.

This role is conveniently commutable from a variety of towns and villages within a 36-minute drive, including but not limited to Thetford, Attleborough, East Harling, Diss, and Wymondham.

About the Role: As the Senior School Administrator, you will provide essential administrative leadership to ensure the efficient operation of the schools. You will independently manage and prioritize your workload, acting as a vital support to the School Principal and senior management team. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading administrative functions with minimal supervision.

* Serving as the first point of contact for school referrals and new admissions.

* Liaising effectively with staff, external agencies, families, and local authorities.

* Representing the school as a positive ambassador.

* Managing diaries and organizing school events.

* Coordinating assessment visits for prospective students.

Criteria:

* Exceptional administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

* Proficiency in IT and strong attention to detail.

* Ability to thrive in a busy environment while managing multiple priorities.

* Understanding of the Data Protection Act and privacy regulations.
