We are looking for a talented Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team, based in Bath and covering the South West region. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems for both residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:

* Install, service, and maintain fire and security systems including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

* Conduct routine inspections, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.

* Diagnose and repair faults across a range of fire and security systems.

* Provide expert technical support and advice to clients, ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

* Maintain accurate and detailed records of work completed.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Fire and Security Engineer, with expertise in both fire and security systems.

* Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.

* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

* Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.

* Full UK driving license.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
