Your Mission:
As a Delivery Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, driving revenue and exceeding targets through your expertise and dedication. Here's what you'll be up to:
Be a proactive sourcer who is an expert at hunting and seeking required talent for our clients
Partner with colleagues to support managed accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery to both existing and new customers.
Actively support your teammates with opportunities involving their key accounts and clients, contributing to a cohesive and successful team effort.
Achieve billed revenue by adhering to the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality service to candidates and clients at every step.
Aid recruitment consultants and business development managers by identifying and generating new business leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding and supporting them in their journey to find their next role.
What we’re looking for:
A proven track record in hunting supreme talent across engineering and FMCG markets.
Experience within either a delivery style role, recruitment consultant role or talent acquisition role.
A passion for building lasting relationships with candidates.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success
Resilience and adaptability, with a flair for thriving in dynamic environments
