Responsibilities:

* To support patients in nursing homes across Wolverhampton

* Maintain ongoing assessment and review of patients

* Administer medication

* Apply surgical dressings and give other forms of treatment

* Advice on nursing care and disease prevention

* Supervise the implementation of care plans

Experience:

* Active NMC pin

* Have at least 1 years experience as a Registered Nurse

* Have excellent communication skills

* Be good under pressure and be able to work to deadlines

* Working good with others
