I am recruiting a Regional Support Manager / Peripatetic Manager for a leading provider in the Suffolk area. You will have the responsibility of overseeing the operations and ensuring the highest standard of care is being given across various care homes.

Roles and responsibilities of a Regional Support Manager / Peripatetic Manager :

• Maintain regulatory compliance
• Implement policies and procedures
• Support and mentor staff
• Recruit, train and mentor care managers and staff
• Oversee and optimise the financial and operational performance of the homes, which involves creating budgets, generating financial reports, and driving business growth.
• Ensure all homes are compliant with all the applicable regulations, laws and industry standards.

Skills and qualifications as a Regional Support Manager / Peripatetic Manager :

• Registered Nurse with active NMC pin
• Experience managing a care home
• Leadership and management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
