Job Title: Social Media and Marketing Executive
Location: Birchwood, Warrington (on-site)
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum
Role: Permanent - Full-Time

Social Media and Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities:

Work with our Operations Manager to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and curate content across all social media channels including Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others.
Create and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored to target audiences.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community relationships.
Collaborate with the sales and senior leadership team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
Track and report on social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging platforms to keep the company at the forefront of social media trends.Skills, Qualifications and Key Attributes

Proven experience working in an internal Social Media or Marketing role
A strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
