Momentum Recruitment Limited is looking for two 360 Recruitment/Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team in Sheffield. These roles are perfect for self-driven professionals who thrive in both recruitment and sales environments, with the opportunity to develop client relationships and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage client accounts, building strong relationships with businesses.
* Handle the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
* Actively source candidates using various platforms and recruitment methods.
* Conduct interviews, negotiate terms, and provide high-level recruitment solutions.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
* Experience in a 360 recruitment role or a strong background in sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A results-driven, proactive attitude with a focus on meeting targets.
