Our prestigious client based in Minworth is seeking to recruit a Junior Administrator to work 26 hours per week, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and assist with various business functions. This post offers significant prospects for the post holder to develop into other roles in the business. Working Mon-Thursday 9am-4pm for an exceptional salary and working conditions.
Duties
* Handle a range of day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing documentation, co-ordinating activities, maintaining contact with external suppliers and contacts.
* Prepare, format and edit documents and reports as required by the business.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
* Assist in organising meetings, company events and overseas travel
* Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
* Serve as a point of contact, addressing enquiries and directing them to the appropriate person
* Resolve minor issues independently and escalate more complex matters as necessary
* Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Company.
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a good basic level of education.
Experience & Skills
* Some previous experience in an office would be essential.
* Proficient in the use of technology with some knowledge of and experience using the Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Good time management skill
* Organised approach to work
* Attention to detail is a must.
* Good written & verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude
* Ability to work with others in a small team
* Enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills
* Flexible approach to work
