Lead Mechanical Project Manager (Building Services) – Surrey
We are looking for an experienced Lead Mechanical Project Manager to join our client based in Surrey. They are a Design & Build M&E Contractor that delivers commercial shell & core, fit out (Cat A, A+ & B) and refurbishment schemes in London and Home Counties. Established for 20 years they have built up a reputation of reliability, quality and trust with their repeat clients. Project values circa £1.5 - £5million
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a project from preconstruction through to handover including design, Health & Safety, RAMS compilation & approvals, permits, Sub Contractor & direct labour management, procurement, value engineering, programming, pre start meeting attendance, as built services vs. existing record drawing compliance, validation report compilation & submission to client
Minimum of 3 years as a lead engineer / project manager within UK building services projects is essential. Must include commercial fit out / refurbishments
Renumeration: Salary +Travel + Private Health Care + Pension + Company CC
