Do you have recruitment OR sales experience with a background in supplying to the construction industry?
Acrow Recruitment has supplied labour and staff into the construction sector operating UK wide since 2011. We are currently looking for a suitably experienced Account Manager / Business Development Executive to join the team.
In this role you will be responsible for sourcing new business within the busy market while also looking after a number of established key accounts. Typically these will include contractors who we have supplied to for many years. Your responsibility will be to develop good relationships to ensure good service and a consequent pipeline of new opportunities for business. The role will be based from our office in Stevenage with regular visits to customer sites.
Excellent commission structure & further possibilities would be considered for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience with a background in recruitment or construction related services / materials looking to progress their career within an ambitious company.
The Person:
* Previous sales experience
* Construction related background or some industry knowledge
* Very good communication skills
* Good commercial awareness
* Full UK Driving licence preferred
