Application Support Manager

£35,000-£45,000 + Bonus

South Yorkshire (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application support specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee the resolution of application issues and incidents, ensuring timely and effective responses to minimise business disruption.
• Monitor application performance metrics, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Develop and implement support processes and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of application support services.

What You Would Bring:

• Strong application support background and previous managerial or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of application support processes, troubleshooting techniques, and familiarity with relevant technologies and tools.
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues and prioritise effectively.
