Service Transition Manager
Permanent role
Stoke on Trent (5 days onsite)
As the Service Transition Manager, you will have:
- Proven experience in managing Service Transition projects in IT environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, IT service management processes, and best practices. ITIL V4 Managing Professional or V3 ITIL Service Transition (intermediate) preferred.
- SC clearance preferable (or willingness to undertake process) with a view to potentially undertaking DV clearance assessment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and prioritise proactively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
