We are supporting a global organisation.
This is fully remote.
The hourly rate is up to 60 EUROS per hour, this is Outside IR35.
This is 24 hours per week, working in Central European Time zones.
It is 3 months initially, with the view to extend multiple times (around 1.5 years)
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with scalability tooling
- Experience with localisation and adapting for cultural differences globally
- UX experience
- Motion design experience
- Infographic experience
This role is responsible for creating innovative and engaging performance-driven designs for marketing purposes across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, the App Stores, plus many more for a global audience.
Must have experience designing assets for digital marketing channels. Who can work collaboratively, efficiently, and with the accuracy to deliver designs at scale for global reach. Someone who can develop high-quality creative concepts for performance marketing, build designs that drive conversions and deliver against business goals. A person who thinks 'platform-first', responds to a brief in a visually meaningful and memorable way, whilst considering the brand guidelines and constraints of the customers, business and platforms. They need to be well-versed in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator plus have knowledge of simple motion designs for GIFs.
Key responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphic digital designs for social and digital channels - delivering concepts across multiple different platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google (and at times the website).
- Create for scale - comfortable with automation and finding solutions to deliver to 45+ markets and many different formats.
- Think platform-first - optimise assets for the platform through testing creatives in the native environment, conduct regular competitor analysis, comfortable using data-driven insights to shape creative evolution.
- Think customer first - keeping up with social trends, optimise engagement for the target audience, and respond to evolving needs and constraints of the customer, business, and marketing platforms (particularly paid social).
- Deliver for tight deadlines - work in an efficient way, proactively seeks out timely feedback, and critique as fuel to improve design solutions and strategy.
- Independent contributor - a self-starter, comfortable at times with a loose brief able to make it your own, and can self-manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget/hour restrictions.
- Technically savvy - comfortable with automation tooling and plug-ins to deliver at scale
- Seeks out collaboration - with other creators such as copywriters, illustrators, photographers, brand designers, and product managers to provide holistic experiences which are on brand.
- Applies and makes use of the brand standards, design systems, and design templates to their work.
Requirements of special knowledge or skills:
- Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful with the ability to multi-task & respond to tasks in a timely manner
- Proficiency of design software for advertising and digital marketing such as Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Has a track record of working with common digital marketing mediums and channels, including social media
- Positive, and strong communicator - consistent and constructive communication to deliver on project scope objectives as well as build rapport and trust
- Solution oriented and quality driven
- Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team
- Detail oriented - we can trust designs produced will be almost ready to go without multiple rounds of minor proofing
