Please bear in mind, before applying, that this role is NOT a remote one and the successful applicant will be required to travel into the Central London office three days a week, please bear this in mind when applying

My client is essentially looking for someone who ideally comes from a help desk/service desk background OR has worked in a desk-side support function for a relatively small to medium sized company

The role is ideally suited to someone who has 6 to 24 months IT experience and is looking to expand on their existing skill-set

The role is varied and includes:

- dealing with technical and system support enquiries

- deployment of new hardware, laptops, mobiles etc

- managing user accounts

- installing updates and patches

- problem determination and resolution

- working, on a desk-side basis, with colleagues and providing excellent support

- working on small to medium sized projects on an ongoing basis
