Role overview

We need to embrace Jira and Confluence within the Risk directorate. You will be working on providing the necessary skill sets required to manage Jira/confluence for projects and BAU workflow automation in the risk and compliance directorate. You will be designing an end-to-end Jira plan along with the required MI for key sourcing initiatives.

Required skills

• Jira/Confluence
• Hands on experience building automation with Atlassian Jira and Confluence cloud hosted software tools
• Power Automate
• Process Certifications
• Knowledge/experience in advanced search using Jira Query Language
• Deep expertise building out Jira Service Desk
• Strong understanding of Jira/Confluence automation to build tasks, triggers, rules, conditions, actions and templates to process end-to-end processes
