Core duties and responsibilities:
* Carry out all administration duties to fully support Financial Planners
* Obtain valuations, information and product details for analysis
* Liaise with product providers and other third parties
* Process new business, withdrawals, fund switches and follow through to completion, working closely with the Paraplanner
* Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties
* Book in annual review meetings with clients and manage a Financial Planner's diary
* Make up and maintain compliant files
* To comply with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of the role of Administrator
Key Skills:
* Understanding of the Financial Planning process and ideally have expereince within this industry
* Able to work within defined business processes
* Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
* Prioritise and plan your own workload
* Detailed and accurate
* Articulate
* Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Good IT skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Fully competent in desktop applications (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Xplan is our back-office system
Fully office based
Mon to Fri 37.5 hours
£28,000 - £33,000 DOE
