Recruitment Administrator
Hours - 20 hours per week
Based - Onsite @ Wolverhampton WV2
Contract - Temporary 6 months MAT Cover
Due to maternity we have a new opening for a Recruitment Administrator to join our established Recruitment Team based onsite at Wolverhampton.
The purpose of the role is to support the Resourcing life cycle of a candidate to the on boarding, ensuring it runs as smoothly and effectively as possible. This role may also include supporting the HR team with any administration duties where needed.
Recruitment Administrators Main Duties & Responsibilities
CV search passive candidates for the region
To assist the Resourcing team with manually loading candidates to the ATS should it be required.
To monitor Hiring Manager review on the ATS to ensure candidates are sent to hiring managers in a timely manner for review.
Check daily to ensure that Hiring Managers have reviewed their candidates with an outcome of progress/decline.
Contacting Hiring Managers to chase any outstanding candidates awaiting review.
Create and manage interview calendars for the region
To arrange and book interviews with the relevant Hiring Managers through the ATS.
To communicate with candidates and chase any outstanding documentation that may be required.
To chase references verbally and through the ATS.
To liaise with managers and employees accordingly regarding any Resourcing issues and resolve in a timely and efficient manner
To participate in team meetings and undertake training as and when required.
To undertake any other administrative duties as appropriate to the post.
Responsible for own Health & Safety and ensure a safe working environment for colleagues.
To attend 121 meetings with your manager and to participate in the organisations staff appraisal system
To maintain confidentiality at all timesEssential Skills
Have the ability to work with in a team and individually
Have good excellent skills be able to communicate clearly
Be able to record information accurately, both written and numerical
Willing to partake in relevant training
Computer literate
Good verbal and written skills
Work within the requirements of equal opportunities
