Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced HR Administrator to join the brilliant HR team with a focus on providing support to the wider business. You will join a growing People team that is making a real impact on the success of Impact Food Group.

What you will be doing

Administering DBS checks, Right to Work checks and supporting with vetting requirements to ensure that new joiners comply with all IFG safeguarding policies and procedures.

Preparing letters and contracts accurately in a timely manner and in accordance with required approval processes and RTW & HR Inbox

Supporting the HR Business Partners with management of the absence management policy and process, highlighting any anomalies or trends.

What we are looking for

Previous HR / Admin experience is essential.

Self-motivated with confident people skills, an excellent telephone manner and exceptional literacy skills

Confident skills with intermediate Word and Excel on a PC and experience managing information on a database.

Be a strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.

Uncompromising attention to detail

Experience of HR systems would be preferred, and experience of MHR i-Trent would be highly desirable.
