HOURS: 37.5 Hours per week

Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Recovery Worker to join their team on a permanent basis. If you are committed to making a real difference in the lives of individuals struggling with substance misuse, this role is for you.
As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals on their journey to recovery. You will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team and make a tangible impact on the lives of those in our care.
Responsibilities will include delivering high-quality support, conducting assessments, and facilitating group sessions. Your empathy and strong communication skills will be key in building positive relationships with service users and empowering them to achieve their recovery goals.

Experience working in a similar role within the substance misuse sector
Strong understanding of key issues related to substance misuse and recovery

Ability to maintain accurate and timely records Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant qualification in health and social care or a related field
Additional training in substance misuse and recovery support
