Our current portfolio includes four flagship summits: Oil & Gas, Energy, Digital Manufacturing, and Sustainability. In addition to these established events, are planning to expand our portfolio with the launch of two new events in Future Security and Mining, with further expansion anticipated.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Executive to help drive the marketing efforts for our existing events and contribute to the successful launch of our new initiatives.
Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the visibility, engagement, and success of our summits and bespoke dinners. Working closely with the marketing and events teams, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and analysing performance metrics.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home on Fridays, with four days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing for summits, bespoke dinners, and Future Security and Mining events.
* Event Launch Support: Develop marketing strategies for new events to ensure strong brand presence.
* Content Creation: Produce content for social media, emails, blogs, press releases, and event materials.
* Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with the community.
* Email Marketing: Plan and run targeted email campaigns for event registrations, using segmentation and A/B testing.
* SEO and SEM: Optimize event pages for search engines and manage paid search campaigns.
* Event Promotion: Work with the events team to create targeted marketing strategies for summits and dinners.
* Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
* Partnerships and Sponsorships: Build relationships with influencers, media, and sponsors to boost event visibility.
