This large, ‘Good’ primary school, based in Leeds are looking to appoint a passionate candidate to join the care team. Working in this primary school as part of an established team, the desired person will be working on a small group basis in KS1 with pupils with SEND. This part time supply role can potentially become permanent.

The desired care team worker will have;

Experience of working with primary school aged children
Use specialist (SEN/behavioural) skills/training/experience to support pupils
A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
An ability to work as part of a team
To train in team teach and to be part of the team teach training team.
Develop 1:1 mentoring arrangements with pupils and provide support for distressed pupil
