MSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for an Industrial Painter to join the team based in Llanelli, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Based in Cardiff, Wales, we are a 500-strong company of skilled professionals operating in regulated and frequently hazardous environments, providing industrial and commercial cleaning, waste management, asbestos removal, water treatment and security services, in addition to asbestos consultancy and retrofit work. Working across the public and private sectors, we are known for being highly responsive and focusing on proactive client management, delivering the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities for the Industrial Painter:
* Prepare all surfaces and surrounding areas to be ready for paining.
* Ensure the correct paint is used on correct surfaces.
* Mixing of paint and thinners to desired requirements.
* Maintain good housekeeping standards before, during and on completion of a task.
* Regular communication with Supervisor to guarantee smooth operation and contract delivery.
* To partake in toolbox talks for training purposes.
Qualifications and Experience for the Industrial Painter:
* Health & Safety awareness
* COSHH knowledge
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge of properties of paint and other coating materials.
* Ability to prioritise workload and tasks accordingly.
