Your new company
* A largely recognised Facilities Management service provider, known as the UK’s number one.
Your new role
* Manage a team of supervisors and engineers, delivering hard M&E services.
* Review all PPM and Reactive Works paperwork.
* Prepare and present MI reports for monthly KPI meetings.
* Key stakeholder management and delivery of high standards of client satisfaction.
* Have commercial awareness when compiling quotes and delivering works
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in delivering high quality hard M&E services in a customer focused environment
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Robust technical background with a professional qualification and practical experience in a trade – Electrical, Mechanical, Gas or F-Gas
* Good working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation
* UK driving licence
