Programme Manager

As a Programme Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our projects' success.
Your responsibilities will include:

Crafting and refining strategy, methodologies, and work practices for the project team.
Maintaining regular communication with key accounts to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Proficiently managing project portfolios and timelines.
Generating comprehensive project solution documentation.
Setting, monitoring, and adapting project objectives as needed.
Overseeing variations to project scope through effective change control procedures.
Providing support to colleagues as required to ensure project success.
Ensuring timely and efficient adherence to deadlines.
Mentoring and guiding project staff, including third-party contributors and contractors.
Adhering to WB Power Services Ltd ISO9001/14001/ISO 45001 policies and procedures.The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, utilities, or mechanical projects.
Proficiency in managing teams with diverse technical expertise and seniority levels.
Preferably, previous exposure to mechanical environments.
Strong familiarity with project management processes and tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Competence in IT systems, with a willingness to learn our ERP.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
A knack for engaging with customers from various industries.What We Offer:

£60,000 - £70,000+ (DOA)
28 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
