We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join my clients IT function

Looking for a IT Support Engineer with any combination of:

- A good overarching knowledge of IT including windows, Mac, IOS and Android.
- Excellent office skills, especially Excel
- Ideally knowledge of Mobile device management software SOTI
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions that may not be obvious
- Able to translate technical issues and requirements into non-technical terms and vice versa
- Empathetic and with strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional
- Willing to take on new work and challenges
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
- First Aid at Work Qualification
