Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Service Desk incident tickets, including acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Follow both customer and internal processes for request tickets to ensure consistency and quality.
- Visit customer sites to deliver IT Surgery days and complete troubleshooting tasks.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, with a strong drive to achieve certifications.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in an IT support role.
- At least 2 years of experience in Network Management & Support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows desktop systems.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with MSPs.
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification.
- Microsoft 365, Azure, or security certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, InTune & Azure administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams administration.
- Expertise in Windows Desktop Operating Systems.
- Experience with Apple OS and Apple Mac support.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in laptop/desktop and Thin Client support.
- Knowledge of Backup Technologies (Acronis).
- Experience with Microsoft Server .
- Skills in Exchange/AD Management/MS365.
- Cisco, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti Networking experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Strong Communicator: You will need to be an excellent communicator, capable of conveying complex technical information in an understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
