A great opportunity for an experienced IT Analyst to join a global manufacturers in ensuring all site systems are supported and running!

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• 1st-3rd line support for the site and shopfloor
• Hardware/laptop/desktop installations, configs, and fixtures
• 1st point of contact for complex issues
• Server, backup, and domain management
• Software support: Microsoft environment and SAP for their ERP
• Wi-Fi and device management
• Project work
• Weekly alternating shifts: M-T 6am till 2pm/2pm till 11.30pm F- half days

Experience required to succeed:

• Minimum of 3 years' working in an IT Analyst role
• Proficient providing 1st-3rd Line support
• Up to date knowledge of Windows platforms
• Demonstrable experience in networking - Switches and Routers
• Backups - VEEAM/Wasabi Cloud
• Storage solutions- RAID/SAN/NAS
• Supported an ERP - ideally SAP
• People person who is confident as sole IT Analyst on site
