Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage our residential construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of residential construction processes.
Construction Project Manager - Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction workers
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
* Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
* Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
Construction Project Manager - Qualifications:
* 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations in the UK
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
* Proficiency in project management software and tools
