Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the mobilisation of a brand-new high-profile maintenance contract located in the heart of Kent.
You will be the Mechanical engineer on site with two other engineers, one Electrical and one Air-conditioning engineer.
You would be employed by our client, the service provider who has been awarded this new contract on a brand-new commercial development.
Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
* Delivery of planned and reactive maintenance
* Ensure the asset capture and verification and warranty management are current
* Review historical Defects and Snagging management
* Set up of PPM regime and O&M manuals
* Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
* Managing the interface between visiting contractors and the engineering services
* Providing in technical support to the landlords engineering team.
About You as the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
* Ideally a Qualified Engineer, or an FM with a strong understanding of Hard Services
* Good working experience of contract management and CAFM systems
* Steady work history
* Experienced in Managing or Supervising large scale building services applications
* Desire to progress in your career
Full portfolio management and administrative support.
The hours are 07:00 – 16:00 or 08:00 – 17:00
