Your new role
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of Employee Central with ResourceLink, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Manage the decoupling process from RL to Employee Central, maintaining data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
• Develop and implement integration best practices and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in system integration, particularly with HR and payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central and ResourceLink.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
