Reporting to the Director of Sales and Agency Development, this position provides administrative support to our sales team of internal, remote, and independent life insurance professionals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exhibits a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process agent contracts, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and timely
  • Accurate and timely data entry of detailed financial product applications
  • Maintain data accuracy in multiple databases
  • Coordinate with Regional Director to support agent recruiting, training, and continuing education activities
  • Support the team's goals by fielding questions and requests, gathering data and reports, and assisting in resolving issues related to incoming applications


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
  • Willingness to continue insurance industry education through LOMA courses and State of Michigan Life Insurance Exam
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
