The job holder will be required to provide efficient administration and support in the front office including switchboard, reception, dispatching incoming and outgoing mail and varied administrative tasks to support the HR team.
Excellent verbal skills in reception and on the switchboard are essential to the job in conveying the right image of the Company. A detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer systems is also vital. It is essential that candidates are able to demonstrate close attention to detail as well as being discreet and showing an understanding and respect for confidentiality.
Our ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. Previous experience in a busy office environment would be a distinct advantage.
Hours of work will be 32 hours per week (some flexibility considered).
Salary: £14,127.36 per annum.
