Busy pediatric practice is looking for a motivated, outgoing, someone that likes hands on treatment, enjoys working with teens/pre-teens and friendly Treatment Coordinator to join our team! Must be able to work in a fast paced office and always maintain a great attitude and superior customer service.
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a professional and energetic person to greet our patients and make them feel welcomed! This position is responsible for working with patients to understand and accept the recommended treatment plans and subsequently coordinate the treatment plan to work for both the patient and the practice’s schedule. This position goes far beyond the typical front office duties, and will require maturity, dependability, and attention to detail. Prior Dental, Orthodontia, Pediatric dentistry preferred but not required.
You Will Also Be:
Accurately entering patient information in to our practice management system
Must be reliable, consistent, self- motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Paying attention to detail is a must.
Able clearly explain treatment options, costs and maximize patient benefits
Act as a liaison between insurance companies and patients
Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will have some relevant experience, including but not limited to the following:
Superior customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care
Ability to operate multiple computer programs effectively and efficiently
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Dynamic interpersonal skills and the desire and ability to learn new skills and work well with a team
Minimum of 1 yr experience in dental (preferable in pediatrics)
Bilingual - Spanish
