Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse/Inventory Associate to join our team at Starforge Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against packing slips

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits

Organize and manage warehouse space to ensure efficient retrieval of products.

Pack PC Systems once they're tested and ready to leave the warehouse

Various other warehouse tasks, including tidying work spaces, breaking down cardboard boxes, etc

Ensure the warehouse complies with safety and cleanliness standards

Perform additional related duties, as assigned

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm; there may be opportunities for overtime

Pay: $18 - $20/hr depending on experience

Requirements

Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED

Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role preferred

Experience with inventory management software is a plus

Physical Demands:

Must possess mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; hearing and speech to communicate in person; finger dexterity to access, enter, and retrieve computer data

Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50lbs and heavier weights with the proper equipment

Able to stand for the duration of the shift

Able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb to perform work

Comfortable using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided if necessary).
