Job Title: Site manager

Location: Walsall

Day Rate: £288 Per day

Contract length: End of October with potential to extend.

Overview

Social housing regeneration project.

Internal refurbishment

Responsibilities for Site manager position:

covering, roofing, heating and windows & doors works. The role will be until end of October possibly longer

Requirements for Site manager position:

SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP, GOLD CSCS or above, CIH Certificate in Managing Housing Maintenance

Experience on Social housing regeneration projects is desirable.
