Labourer / Skilled Labourer (CSCS Card Required)

I am seeking a Labourer/Skilled Labourer to join a great team in plymouth for a long term role, offering up to a years worth of work. The position is available for an immediate start and requires a valid CSCS card.

Location: Plymouth
Duration: Up to 12 months
Start: ASAP

OVERVIEW
In this role you will be a right hand person to both the site manager and project manager, assisting with smooth day to day operations on site. This is a customer facing role, so good communication skills are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General site maintenance - Filling skips and tidying
Assissting trades people
Locking up and ensuring site security
Checking materials and reporting shortages
Acting as the eyes and ears for site managers, identifying problems and improvements
