Job Title: Maintenance Electrician – Facilities Management

Location: Twickenham, London (TW4)

Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to manage the electrical maintenance of a property in TW4, Twickenham. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing electrical systems to ensure the property operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Electrician:

* Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.

* Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and equipment issues.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and electrical regulations.

* Work independently to meet the property's maintenance needs.

Requirements of a Maintenance Electrician:

* Proven experience in electrical maintenance.

* Strong knowledge of building electrical systems.

* Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) and 18th Edition preferred.

* Full UK driving licence preferred.
