As the Team Administrator, you'll be the backbone of operations, ensuring smooth running of back office processes under the guidance of the Operations Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels in customer support, business liaison, and efficient administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Manage customer bookings and staff rotas/calendars
Support invoicing and day-to-day cash management using Xero
Support the event management and maintain office systems
Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and calls
Support governance and compliance with relevant legislation
Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations
What my client is looking for:
Some great experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Experience with invoicing, reconciliation, and booking systems is desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
Empathy and understanding of clients and customer needs
Resilience and a positive outlook in a fast-paced environment
