My client, based in Knowsley, Merseyside is now recruiting a Maintenance Technician to join their team at their manufacturing site. The successful Maintenance Technician will work as part of a small friendly team and will carry out planned and reactive support to the production machinery on site.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a financially stable company who are expanding, offering additional training and qualifications, working Monday to Friday and pay additional payments when working the late shift.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
* Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship and hold an Electrical Engineering qualification to the minimum of Level 3.
* Proven electrical fault finding and diagnostic skills.
* 18th Edition is advantageous.
* Must have strong mechanical skills.
* Pneumatics experience is essential.
* CNC experience is advantageous.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical engineering diagrams.
* Experience of working within a maintenance environment.
Maintenance Technician Benefits:
* Basic salary £36,753
* 15% shift allowance when working late shift.
* Monday to Friday, rotational day shift pattern, 6am – 14:00 then 14:00 – 22:00.
* Weekend overtime available.
* 20 days holiday + Bank holidays.
* Company pension.
* Private healthcare.
