Technical Support Manager – Southampton - £40k

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a Well established Marine Electronics manufacturer based in Southampton who are now seeking an Technical Support Manager with experience in fault finding PCB’s as well as experience liaising with customers.

The company are recognised globally, and are expanding because of a healthy order book.1 The company are now seeking a Technical Support Manager to help lead the training and support of their products.

This is an Technical Support Manager role, combination of hands on and management. This is a key role within the business, and you will be the main point of contact for developing novel solutions for their customers. Due to the nature of the work, this will be a mostly onsite role with occasional remote working.

Key Requirements:

* Solid experience fault finding and commissioning PCB’s

* Good communication skills for liaising with customers.

* A background working in the marine industry

* Willing to travel internationally once or twice a year

* An understanding or appreciation for Electronics design is highly desirable but not essential
