Senior Desktop Engineer

hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote w/flexibility

SALARY: $120K - low $140sK PLUS BONUS ($1.2K - $10K)

Position can grow into an Architecture or Manager level role, a smart team, and a hiring manager concerned with career pathing.

o Collaborative and concerned with the user experience, above just the technology.
o MacOS experience, experience providing support with configuring in JAMF.
o Someone that has experience using Intune on a daily basis would be of great value.
o Experienced writing PowerShell scripts - plus
o BA is preferred, but not required.
o 7 years of experience across an enterprise sized company (500-1,000's of computers/users)
o 7 years of MacOS/Windows (a mix is acceptable) Windows 10 or 11
o Experience with using WMI, registry, log files, events, and in-place upgrades
o MacOS initiative, we have never managed MAC in the past, so we are putting them on the network and creating a MacOS house, ground floor OS standing up Mac Management
o Windows 11 is coming next year, which is a project that is kicking off and we are transitioning to Autopilot instead of imaging.
o We are in the infancy stages of Code Management
o We are Transitioning from group policies to Intune, and want to grow the possibilities.
o Sidley is looking to get a remote managing and monitoring (RMM) tool next year, to manage system devices remotely. Any systems suggestions are welcomed. RMM.
