Senior Infrastructure Engineer

JOB TITLE:Senior Infrastructure Engineer
LOCATION:Remote
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Install, configure, and support our clients LAN, WAN, and Internet system or a segment of a network system.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems.
* Plan and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
* Design, configure and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
* Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments.
* Supervise systems implementation and assist in computer networking and computer operation functions.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Proficiency in Linux and scripting (bash).
* Experience with Java/Python or similar.
* Knowledge of infrastructure code management and G.I.T.
* Familiarity with Ansible.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* High School Degree and Bachelors degree in data processing/related field or equivalent work experience required.
* 5-7 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering.
