JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support for three subfunction groups, including meeting arrangements and event planning.
* Assist with business operations, such as contract entry, invoice resolution, and license tracking.
* Coordinate and support non-specific function activities like seminar series and business acumen team.
* Manage communication with leadership members outside of subfunction.
* Oversee office maintenance tasks, including supply orders, workspace orders, and computer equipment management.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
* Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
* Experience in handling administrative duties for multiple groups.
* Capability to manage special events and team building activities.
