LOCATION: NEW ALBANY, OH (ONSITE)

THIS ROLE OFFERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH SENIOR STAFF ON EXCITING PROJECTS AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DESIGN AND DELIVERY OF PACKAGING SYSTEMS.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support senior staff in initiating, designing, and delivering projects, particularly for Packaging Equipment C&Q, Characterization, and Validation.
* Gather user requirements and translate them into technical documentation for execution by third-party firms.
* Assist with project definition by performing engineering studies and assessments for Packaging Systems installations.
* Perform field evaluations of existing systems and provide engineering design recommendations.
* Be open to occasional travel (10%) and flexible working hours, including possible weekend shifts and overtime.
* Contribute to the teams workload and potentially extend your role.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* 2+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Packaging Operations.
* Knowledge of data analysis, CGMP documentation, and Packaging Equipment Validation.
* Experience in Commissioning, Characterization, and Validation.
* Proficiency in Protocols Execution and report generation.
* Flexibility for shift adjustments.
* Educational background: Masters degree OR Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience OR Associates degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of experience.
