Title: Cell Scientist (Various levels)

Location: North West England

Duration: Permanent

Our client is looking for Cell Scientists at various levels to join their fast growing team in the North West of England.

Responsibilities:

Experience an knowledge of Cell based Potency assays including method development and validation is essential

Knowledge of practical aspects of cell based assay techniques and Method Validation

Experience in performing Cell based assays using a variety of analytical platforms including plate based formats.

Develop new techniques and technologies within laboratory

Experience of Flow Cytometry and/or Molecular techniques is an advantage.

Detailed understanding of theoretical basis of the Cell based assay techniques

Ability to generate and technically review reports.

Demonstrate innovative method development as required, drawing on literature as required

Excellent client communication and service.

Requirements:

ABOUT YOU:

BSc / MSc/ PhD or equivalent in Biology/Chemistry (or related scientific discipline) is essential.

Industry experience is essential

Analysis by Cell based assays is essential

Experience in Flow Cytometry and/or Molecular techniques is an advantage.

In-depth knowledge of Cell based assay techniques with extensive experience of analysis of biopharmaceuticals, small and/or large molecules.

Experience of Cell based assay method development and validation.

Comprehensive experience of working in a GxP regulatory laboratory
