Senior Electronics/FPGA Engineer
Salary: Between £43,000 - £64,000 - this is would depend on experience and seniority

Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology and innovative design? We're on the lookout for a Senior Electronic/FPGA Engineer to join a dynamic Media Handling team within a leading global company. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in designing and developing advanced electronic systems that drive the future of technology.

What You'll Be Doing:
Design, develop, and test embedded microprocessor, microcontroller, and FPGA-based PCB assemblies.
Create, document, and deliver digital and analog electronics designs.
Perform schematic capture and develop electronic modules and systems (experience with Cadence Allegro is a plus).
Develop comprehensive test specifications, soldering proficiency with SMT components, and debug hardware to the component level.
Conduct hardware unit tests and support integration and systems testing.
Provide effort, schedule, and change estimates while reporting progress on key metrics.
Troubleshoot and support existing devices, ensuring their optimal performance.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise. What We're Looking For:
Solid experience in developing MCU and FPGA-based products.
Strong knowledge of analog and digital design, including FPGA (Verilog/VHDL) design.
Expertise in developing and utilizing test benches for comprehensive verification of FPGA designs.
Understanding of design for EMC compliance.
